Leah is a senior consultant at Lexonis and has extensive experience of working with SFIA and other sector skill and competency frameworks.
Leah helps Lexonis’ clients to take a strategic approach to the implementation of skill frameworks to support a full range of Talent Management applications.
Leah has been working with SFIA since 2002, managing IS Professional development and creating education and corporate curriculae through the use of fully blended learning and development solutions.
Leah regularly leads Lexonis SFIA consulting projects providing advice, guidance and support to clients who are implementing the framework, developing SFIA-based job profiles and managing version migrations using Lexonis’ online consulting tools and software.
Leah is also responsible for the design, development and delivery of Lexonis’ SFIA training programme.
