Starting with his days in L&D at Microsoft, Andy has decades of experience helping global cross-industry organizations take a skills-based approach to L&D. More recently, this has included the development of real-world, practical AI tools that help organizations drive their talent initiatives.

Steve is the former US CEO of Kineo and has more than 20 years of experience in learning technology. Steve is currently working with Lexonis to expand their presence in the US market.

Cammy Bean

Cammy started as a Junior Instructional Designer in 1996 and has since collaborated with hundreds of orgs to design and deliver training. In 2009, she helped start up US operations for Kineo, a global provider of learning solutions. She currently leads the US sales team, and manages a portfolio of custom client accounts to help organizations meet their strategic business objectives through better learning solutions. She’s the author of The Accidental Instructional Designer: Learning Design for the Digital Age – second edition (ATD Press, 2023).
