Andy Andrews is a competency specialist and a Director and Principal Consultant at Lexonis. Lexonis are a competency management solution provider. Andy has a long legacy in learning and development, from training consultant to senior learning and development manager at Microsoft.

Chris Webb

Chris Webb is the Head of Quality Assurance at SITA Aero and a key sponsor for the Career Development project at SITA. Chris previously worked as the Business Improvement and Quality Director at Thales and Flagship Training where he was also instrumental in managing the implementation of competency-based Talent Management projects.

Leah Prevost

Leah is a senior consultant at Lexonis and has extensive experience of working with competency frameworks. Leah helps Lexonis’ clients to take a strategic approach to the implementation of skill frameworks to support a full range of Talent Management applications.
